The application process:
- First, please complete the steps below, including payment:
- Next, an in-person interview and exam.
- We will schedule a brief in-person interview along with an English, Mathematics (Calculus), and Basic Circuit Analysis Exam.
- You may be exempt from the English Exam with official B2-level records, requiring a minimum TOEFL score of 85 or IELTS score of 6.5.
- Please bring your ID to the exam.
- Next, please provide the following required documents:
- two letters of recommendation,
- your academic transcript,
- original Bachelor's degree diploma
- two 3x4 photographs,
- a certified photocopy of documents that certify your identity and citizenship.
- Then, there will be a final interview.

Please note that
- Instruction at the Alpha Institute of Technology (AIT) will be provided in English, with some courses offered in Russian.
- This is a Master's Degree program that requires applicants to have completed a Bachelor's degree in a technical field. If you are currently in the last semester of your Bachelor's degree, you may still apply.
- Additionally, you must have completed courses in Calculus and Linear Algebra.
