Assistant Office & Operations Manager (Social Media Focus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Office & Operations Manager to support daily office functions and assist with operational tasks. This role combines office administration, operations coordination, and social media support to ensure smooth internal processes and a strong external presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including administration, supplies, equipment, and vendor payments.
  • Communicate with employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Lead social media management (Instagram, Facebook), including content creation, campaigns, advertising
  • Handle design projects (e.g., student IDs, banners, brochures) from creation to ordering and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Business, Management, Communications, or tech related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Russian, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong familiarity with Instagram and Facebook platforms, including ads manager
  • Basic understanding of marketing strategies and audience targeting
